We sincerely apologise for a temporary inconvenience regarding warranty on some tools. Due to a supply issue, we're currently unable to process warranty claims for the following Leatherman tools:

We are actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible. When resolved this alert will be removed, and we kindly ask that you check back here to see if the situation has changed. In the majority of cases, your product will be replaced with a new unit by default.
If your product has sentimental value to you, please do not send it in, and instead contact our customer service team.

- Only the product requiring replacement will be sent back (along with the associated warranty form or Job number). No accessories, sheath/pouch or original packaging will be sent and you acknowledge that any accessories or packaging sent in will not be returned.

- You have read our exceptions and maintenance pages for best practice when self-servicing your tool and acknowledge that our warranty does not cover service/sharpening OR corrosion.

- Your product is not sentimental to you and acknowledge that if sent in that it may be replaced under warranty discretion.

- You acknowledge that if your product is no longer in production that it will be replaced with a like model under warranty discretion.

All warranty is handled by Zen Imports Pty Ltd. Under the warranty of all brands, we will replace your item at our discretion.

Before returning a torch make sure to put in fresh batteries and that they are inserted the way indicated by the + and – symbols. See if this resolves the issue as it will be the first thing we do.
