Shipping Policy and Bank Details Update

Effective from 1st December 2025

We wanted to let you know about a couple of important updates at Zen, including changes to our shipping policy and our bank account details.

Updated Shipping Policy

From 1st December 2025, we’ll be updating our shipping fee structure:

• Current: $10 shipping fee for orders under $500 (excl. GST)
• New: $25 shipping fee for orders under $1,000 (excl. GST)

We’ve had the $10 shipping fee in place for more than eight years. During that time, freight and handling costs across Australia have risen significantly.
Even after this update, our fee remains below our actual average freight cost.

Our goal is to keep pricing fair, transparent, and sustainable while continuing to deliver reliable service to all our customers.

Bank Account Update

We’ve moved to a new bank account.
The previous account will remain active for a short transition period, but please update your payment records to the following:
