The Brusletto Gut Hook Knife is a specialised hunting knife designed for efficient and controlled field dressing. Crafted from hardened 141116N stainless steel, the blade offers reliable cutting performance, good edge retention and easy resharpening. The ergonomic Thermoflex handle provides a secure, comfortable grip, even in wet and demanding conditions, allowing greater control during precise gutting tasks.

Available in two models, the Gut Hook features a longer 11.5 cm blade suited to larger game, while the compact Sprettern Liten offers an 8 cm blade for greater manoeuvrability when handling smaller game and fish. Both models include a durable black cowhide leather sheath for convenient carrying and safe storage.
