Crafted from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel, the blade is both anti-corrosive and low-maintenance, with a carbon content of at least 0.40% that guarantees an exceptional cutting edge and ease of sharpening.

The wood used in the handle is sourced from ecologically managed French woodlands in the Alpine region and Jura mountains, adhering to stringent standards for social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

Equipped with the Virobloc® safety ring, the knife ensures secure opening and closing, providing peace of mind during use.
