Designed by custom knifemaker and bladesmith Ed Schempp, the Spyderco Retract is a dynamic folding knife built for exceptional cutting performance. Its dramatically curved, full-flat-ground blade is crafted from 9Cr18MoV stainless steel. The blade’s negative angle enhances cutting leverage, particularly during draw cuts.

The handle features full skeletonised stainless steel liners, peel-ply-textured G-10 scales and a partial G-10 backspacer. The liners support a reliable LinerLock mechanism that is machined nearly flush to help prevent unintentional closure.

A lined lanyard hole and reversible deep-pocket wire clip support convenient left- or right-side tip-up carry.
