Improved and better than ever, the Meadowlark 2 features a black Blade construction perfect for tactical users or situations where stealth is a priority.

This knife’s full-flat-ground CombinationEdge™ blade offers impressive cutting performance on all types of materials, including rope and webbing. Crafted from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, it features a durable black oxide coating and the byrd brand’s signature Comet-shaped hole for rapid ambidextrous one-handed opening with either hand.

The sturdy all-stainless-steel handle provides a secure grip and supports a high-strength back lock mechanism that secures the blade in the open position. Unlike the original pinned versions of this model, the current version features screw-together construction for precise alignment and adjustment of all parts. The four-position pocket clip can be mounted to either side or either end of the handle and, along with the knife’s other features, makes its carry and operation completely ambidextrous. Like the blade, all the handle components of this knife are coated in a durable, non-reflective black oxide finish.
